Volume XXIV, Number 2

The Fall 2020 edition of Under the Gables features excerpts from Dewey Livingston’s upcoming book (as yet untitled) about the history of the Point Reyes and Tomales Bay area. Included is a chapter about remote Pierce School, much of which is based on the recollections of the 101-year-old former teacher there; Foresters’ Hall in Point Reyes Station; the historical beauty of Bear Valley; essays about the Ott Camp and the musical Paganetti family; and a short history of the Seahaven neighborhood on Tomales Bay.
