Experience a rural world from a child’s perspective growing up in West Marin 100-150 years ago. Marin historian, Dewey Livingston presents the second in a series of slide shows featuring historical photographs and local stories. He will share images and recollections of children in West Marin’s past: at home, school, play and doing chores.
Sunday March 25th, 4:00 PM at the Dance Palace, 503 B Street, Point Reyes Station. Entry is free, with donations gladly accepted.
The event is a fundraiser for the upcoming two-volume history of the Point Reyes area being written by Dewey Livingston, West Marin’s historian for 30 years, to be published by the Jack Mason Museum.
